1. How long will it take to receive my order? We have a 24/72 hour delivery service. If you place your order before 1pm you can be sure that the package will be delivered the same day. Orders are delivered by our logistics partner MRW and, although they are on schedule, we cannot guarantee punctuality of delivery. However, as soon as the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of its departure. We deliver from Monday to Friday and during working hours, so we recommend that you use a delivery address where someone can take care of the delivery.

2. Can I find out the status of my order? Yes. By accessing the "MY ORDERS" section of your account, you will be able to find out where your order is in the delivery process. You can also contact us by e-mail at

3. Can I modify my order? Yes, as long as the order has not reached the status of "shipped" you will be able to modify it.

4. Can I cancel my order? As with modifications, if the order has not left our facilities, you will be able to cancel the order free of charge. If the order has been shipped or you have already received it, you will have to return it.

5. Can I collect my order in shops? No, currently orders can only be picked up at the delivery address you provide at the time of purchase.

6. From which countries can I buy? You can buy in the shop from all the countries of the European Community, excluding those areas subject to customs duties or customs charges.

At we have a protocol for checking all deliveries made from the eShop's central facilities, verifying the good condition of the product, the size and the packaging.
